Shipping policy
Items will ship within 3-5 working days pending item availability and payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or when Squirrel Highway Studios is closed.

Once Squirrel Highway Studios has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Squirrel Highway Studios is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

International orders
For orders outside of the USA, your country has its own shipping rules and regulations. Be aware that any shipment may be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other taxes which are determined and collected by your local government. These additional costs are not included in the shipping costs. If you have concerns, Squirrel Highway Studios advises checking your country’s local guidelines on what items are subject to import taxes before purchasing.
