If you are not entirely satisfied with your order:

Contact Squirrel Highway Studios within 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

The following items cannot be returned:

• Zines
• Discounted items
• Custom orders

Squirrel Highway Studios will not take returns related to the art process and materials as noted in the description. By purchasing the artwork, you have acknowledged these facts.

Conditions of return
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and with receipt, the item will be returned back to you.

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days.
